LIGHTHOUSE TRANSITIONS 

DEEP WATER: THE PHALLOPLASTY RECOVERY SYSTEM — SERVICE AGREEMENT & TERMS OF USE

PLEASE READ THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR ACCESSING DEEP WATER: THE PHALLOPLASTY RECOVERY SYSTEM. 

BY CHECKING THE BOX AT CHECKOUT AND COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU ("MEMBER," "USER," OR "PURCHASER") EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE, AGREE TO, AND ACCEPT ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND DISCLAIMERS CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE OR ACCESS THE SYSTEM MATERIALS.

1. Educational & Peer Support Disclaimer (Non-Medical)

Deep Water: The Phalloplasty Recovery System and its associated materials, checklists, workflows, and community discussions are provided strictly for educational, informational, and peer-support purposes.

* Not Medical Advice: Lighthouse Transitions and its founder, instructors, or representatives are not acting as licensed medical providers, surgeons, or clinical caregivers. Nothing contained within this system constitutes medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or treatment protocols.

* Consult Your Medical Team: Always follow the explicit pre- and post-operative instructions provided by your surgical team, hospital staff, and primary care physician. Never delay seeking professional medical advice, alter care plans, or disregard clinical directions because of information, frameworks, or peer discussions shared within this system.

2. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

By enrolling, you explicitly acknowledge that surgical procedures and post-operative recovery involve inherent physical risks, medical complications, and individual physiological variances. 

* Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume full responsibility for how you choose to implement non-medical organization, room setup, supply preparation, lifestyle adjustments, and recovery strategies suggested within the program.

* Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lighthouse Transitions, its owner, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or personal injury outcomes, health complications, or surgical results arising out of or related to your recovery process or use of this program.

3. Intellectual Property & Single-User License

All materials—including videos, downloadable frameworks, digital files, checklists, templates, and written guides—are the exclusive intellectual property of Lighthouse Transitions.

* Personal License: Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license for personal use only.

* Prohibited Actions: Sharing login credentials, reproducing, recording, re-selling, transmitting, or publicly distributing any program materials, framework concepts, or content without express written consent from Lighthouse Transitions is strictly prohibited and subject to legal recourse.

4. Community Confidentiality & Conduct

As part of your system access, you receive entry to The Safe Harbor Community. You explicitly agree to respect peer privacy and maintain a safe environment:

* Confidentiality: Personal recovery updates, surgical photos, health details, and personal experiences shared by members within the community must remain strictly confidential. Screenshotting, saving, reposting, or sharing peer content outside the private community space is strictly prohibited and constitutes a direct breach of contract.

* Zero Tolerance Conduct: Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of community and course access without refund.

5. Payment Terms, Access & Refund Policy

* Payment Compliance: You agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the pricing option selected at checkout. Program and community access are contingent upon maintaining active, up-to-date payments.

* Refund Policy: Due to the immediate digital delivery of proprietary frameworks and downloadable resources, all sales are final and non-refundable.

* Access Scope: Access to the Deep Water system materials and community platform is provided for the duration specified at purchase.

6. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and Lighthouse Transitions regarding the subject matter herein.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maine.
